Biography:
Nick is an Executive Vice President with LDG Development, LLC. He joined LDG in 2015 and has worked in the industry (in varying capacities) for over 13 years. At LDG Nick is responsible for sourcing debt/equity capital for LDG’s projects, managing deal closings and assisting the team with corporate strategy. He lives in Louisville, KY with his wife, Ashley and four children.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in International Business from the University of Kentucky and dual graduate degrees in Business/Finance from Indiana University-Southeast.

Short term:
1) Get charity officially recognized by the IRS.
2)Get clear bylaws in place.
3) Determine how to best fund the initiative.
4) Determine the best impact we can have on lower income families with a health crisis
Long term:
1) Formalize a plan for utilizing the Charity’s resources.
2) Build a sustainable fundraising model (i.e. Does the charity invest? Does the charity qualify for CRA? Can we get a large enough endowment to fund 5, 10, 20MM per year?)
3) Develop a board, plan that outlasts the current members.
4) Determine the best utilization of dollars (Housing assistance, medical, counseling, etc.)
