Timothy Bullard, also known as “Tab,” serves as the Director of (R.E.) Development for Zimmerman Properties, overseeing development across its entire portfolio spanning 10 different States from the Midwest to the Southeast. Tab’s passion for helping and being there for others lead him to his current role and board seat for Rocky’s House. Tab graduated the University of Georgia in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In 2002, he took an internship with a real estate accounting firm in the City of Atlanta and then fulltime position. Tab split his career within the firm doing real estate accounting and consulting work, and then joined Zimmerman Properties in 2011, a family-owned affordable housing real estate development company based in Springfield, Missouri. He has been successful in developing over 3,000 units of affordable housing across 4 of the Southeastern States.

Tab is a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, and credits many of his life successes to the bonds and values brought to him through his pledgeship and service as a brother in the fraternity, something he continues to honor by maintaining his involvement to this day as a graduate brother. Tab met his wife, Emily, in 2001 and immediately were inseparable. They have three children, Ryland, Peyton, & Braxton. Tab and Emily, and their children, have lived in the Smyrna/Vinings suburb of Atlanta since 2002.
