

Biography:
Blake joined Kittle Property Group, Inc. (“KPG”) in July 2016 and is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In his role he oversees KPG Finance, Compliance, Design, Human Resources, Property Management, and IT departments as well as Eagle Capital Company. His activities at KPG include lining up debt and equity for workforce and affordable developments, representing KPG on external boards and stakeholder groups, managing Eagle Capital’s tax credit investing activity, and overseeing all other components of property financing including refinances, conversions, loan upsizes, capital calls, etc. KPG has developed 20,000+ apartment homes representing more than $2.5 billion in investments. For the Broker/Dealer, Kittle Capital Markets (“KCM”), his activities include working with the investors and will work with the KCM’s COO regarding investor relations and communications.
Blake comes to KPG with over 20 years as a leader in finance and operations in the public sector. Prior to joining KPG, Blake spent 19 years with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, including serving as their Chief Financial Officer immediately prior to joining KPG.

Education:
Blake has an undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Accounting, a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University – Indianapolis, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. When he is not working he can be found spending time with his wife Susan and his son Alexander. He’s an active volunteer for Paws and Think in Indianapolis and helps the organization with their therapy dog training. He’s a diehard fan of the Detroit Tigers, Purdue University athletics, and Arsenal (of the English Premier League).

Short-term: Help get Rocky’s House established and be successful at our initial 2 hospitals. Assist many families with assistance to preserve their housing.
Long-term: Rocky’s House have permanent funding sources that allow us to expand to additional children’s hospitals and serve more families. Have a successful track record that we can utilize to apply for grants from foundations and other groups.
