Role:
Robbie is the co-founder, President, Chair and of Rocky’s House. He will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations and investments. He will also serve as Board Chairman, leading the board and serving as direct supervisor to the eventual CEO/Executive Director. He will be serving as acting CEO/ED until the organization can financially support a paid CEO/ED position.
In this role, he will act as a strategist, serve as point of contact for individual board members on board issues, help set the organizational strategy, goals, objectives & ensure they are met with a high degree of integrity. Additionally, he will help in the effort to raise funds, contribute income, and support development efforts – while maintaining visibility on behalf of the organization in the communities it will serve.
Lastly, he will serve as support to the Investments Director where he will help oversee & direct the various investments from the capital raised by the efforts of the organization, and its board members, and make recommendations to the board to deploy its capital to investments that yield its highest and best use necessary to fulfill the organization’s mission.

Biography:
Robbie is a Senior Vice President & Senior Mortgage Banker at KeyBank, a super-regional banking institution. He oversees the banks’ multifamily affordable housing lending in the mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes regions. He and his team work hard on providing debt and equity capital solutions to current and future (to-be-built) communities, serving the various residential development needs all across the country & aiding in assisting underserved communities. He has been instrumental & directly responsible in the deployment of over $1.8B+ in debt, $600M is equity, and for financing over +10,000 affordable housing units for underserved families in his career.
Prior to his role at KeyBank, he was an Originator and Affordable Housing Program Manager at Newmark (f.k.a. “Berkely Point Capital”). Additionally, he was a Sr. Underwriter at Walker and Dunlop (NYSE: WD), and Freddie Mac (the “Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation”).
Robbie has structured over $6B in commercial real estate over a 15+ year career (and counting). He and his wife (a 3rd grade school Teacher in Loudoun County Virginia) are the proud parents of two boys, Andy and RJ. He and his wife are the co-founders of Rocky’s House and contributed significant financial contributions to seed the organization.
